Sulfur Recovery Units<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

At G Controls we offer process analyzers <\/strong>to monitor, evaluate and control different compositions in all the stages of Claus plants. We are exclusive representatives of AMETEK Process Instruments<\/a><\/strong><\/u> which is the company with more presence worldwide in sulfur plants in refineries and gas plants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Claus plant is controlled with one feedforward loop and a feedback loop. For the feedforward control is used an acid gas analyzer that measures H2<\/sub>S, NH3<\/sub>, CO2<\/sub> and H2<\/sub>O and for the feedback control is used a tail gas analyzer that controls the plant measuring the H2<\/sub>S and SO2<\/sub> ratio. For enviromental monitoring is used a gas analyzer located in the stack that measures NOx<\/sub> and SO2<\/sub> emissions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
